Overview
The Fireye BP110UVFR-S6MP BurnerPRO is a compact, microprocessor-based primary flame safeguard control designed to provide proper burner sequencing, ignition, and continuous flame monitoring. It is specifically engineered for single-burner applications in commercial heating and process equipment firing oil or gas. This model features integrated Modbus communication for remote monitoring and a Valve Proving (VP) function to check for leakage in safety shutoff valves. It is designed to be functionally compatible with Siemens LFL wiring bases, making it an ideal choice for both new installations and retrofits.
Features
- Dual built-in amplifiers supporting Ultraviolet (UV) scanners, Flame Rod (FR), or a combination of both.
- Integrated Modbus RTU communication and Valve Proving (VP) system.
- Eight Smart LEDs providing real-time operating status and detailed diagnostic lockout information.
- Non-volatile lockout capability ensuring safety status is maintained even after power loss.
- Run/Check feature allowing operators to stop the program sequence at specific positions (Purge, Ignition, PTFI, MTFI) for troubleshooting.
- Real-time internal diagnostics and a one-second flame failure response time (FFRT) for enhanced safety.
- Airflow proving and proof of fuel valve closure (POC) monitoring.

Applications
The BP110UVFR-S6MP is widely used in commercial and industrial combustion systems for the management of single-burner setups. It is suitable for non-permanent operations that require a burner recycle at least once every 24 hours when using UV sensors, and it supports permanent operation when used with a Flame Rod. Typical applications include boilers, heaters, and various process equipment in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and pulp and paper. It is frequently employed as a modern replacement for electro-mechanical Siemens LFL controls.
