Overview
The Siemens LME71.112A1PKG-PRG1 is a microprocessor-based flame safeguard assembly designed for the supervision of 1- or 2-stage gas forced draft burners in intermittent operation. This specific package includes the LME71.000A1 base unit pre-programmed with the PME71.112A1 program module and includes the AGG3.710 connector plug set. Unlike other variants, the 112A1 configuration is specifically designed for applications requiring burner control without a purge cycle. It provides critical safety functions by managing the startup and operation of the burner, energizing safety shutoff valves, and monitoring the flame to ensure safe combustion.
Features
- Digital signal handling for accurate control sequences and timing
- Integrated BC interface for connecting external displays (AZL2) or PC software
- Multicolor LED signal lamp provides status notifications for operations, recycles, and faults
- Proof of Closure (POC) input allows for monitoring the gas valve position to ensure it is 100% closed
- Air pressure supervision with a function check of the air pressure switch during startup and operation
- Electrical remote lockout reset facility and undervoltage detection
- Compatible with ionization probes or UV flame detectors (such as QRA2, QRA4.U, or QRA10)
- Lockout reset button (info button) located directly on the unit
