Overview
The Fireye BP230UVFR-S2 is a compact, microprocessor-based BurnerPRO single burner flame safeguard control system. Designed for 230VAC operation, it provides automated burner sequencing, ignition, and continuous flame monitoring for on-off, multi-stage, or modulating burners. This Series 2 model features built-in ultraviolet (UV) and flame rod (FR) amplifiers, allowing for flexible monitoring of gas or oil flames. It is specifically engineered as a drop-in replacement for Siemens LFL series controllers, mounting directly into the same wiring base to simplify system upgrades.
Features
- Comprehensive burner sequencing and control for gas and oil fuels
- Built-in dual amplifiers supporting UV scanners, flame rods, or both simultaneously
- Smart LEDs provide real-time operating status and detailed diagnostic lockout information
- Run/Check feature allows operators to pause the program sequence for system troubleshooting
- Non-volatile lockout ensures safety by maintaining status even after power loss
- Real-time internal diagnostics and safety self-tests performed on every start
- Extended temperature operation with over-temperature inhibit protection
- Remote and local reset capabilities
- Proof of fuel valve closure and air-flow proving inputs
