BurnerPRO Single Burner Control, 230VAC 50/60Hz, Series 1 timings, with UV non-self check amplifier, IP40. Compatible with 60-2981-1 and Siemens LFL wiring base
Overview
The Fireye BP230UV-S1 Burner Control is a compact, microprocessor-based primary flame safeguard control system designed for single burner commercial heating and process equipment. It provides the necessary burner sequencing, automatic ignition, and continuous flame monitoring for on-off, multi-stage, or modulating burners firing oil and gas fuels. This model operates on 230VAC 50/60Hz, utilizes a UV non-self-check amplifier, and uses Series 1 timings. It is engineered for non-permanent operations requiring the burner to recycle at least once every 24 hours, and it is a plug-and-play functional replacement for select Siemens LFL control models like the LFL1.322.
Features
- Microprocessor-based control system.
- Non-volatile lockout capability.
- High capacity relay contacts.
- Proof of fuel valve closure (POC).
- Air-flow proving.
- A Run/Check feature allowing the operator to pause the program sequence for system troubleshooting.
- Remote and local reset capabilities.
- One-second Flame Failure Response Time (FFRT).
- Seven SMART LEDs for on-board diagnostic lockout information and current operating status.
- Real-time internal diagnostics for enhanced safety integrity.
- Extended temperature operation with an over-temp inhibit feature.
