BurnerPRO Single Burner Control, 110VAC 50/60Hz, Series 6 timings (EP160), with UV non-self check amplifier, IP40. Compatible with 60-2981-1 and Siemens LFL wiring base
Overview
The Fireye BP110UV-S6 Burner Control is a compact, microprocessor-based primary flame safeguard control system for single burner commercial heating and process equipment that fires oil and gas fuels. It is engineered to provide the proper burner sequencing, ignition, and continuous flame monitoring. Specifically, the BP110UV-S6 model operates on 110VAC and is factory-set with Series 6 (EP160) operational timings. This control system is designed for non-permanent operations that require the burner to recycle at least once every 24 hours and is a compatible replacement for select Siemens LFL controls.
Features
- Microprocessor-based, integrated burner management control for enhanced safety and efficiency.
- Utilizes a UV non-self check amplifier for flame monitoring using compatible UV scanners (UV-only version).
- Seven SMART LEDs provide immediate operating status, flame quality, and detailed lockout information, indicating up to 62 different lockout codes.
- Includes a Run/Check feature that allows the operator to pause the sequence at different stages (Purge, Ignition, PTFI, MTFI) for easier commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Non-volatile lockout capability ensures safety is maintained during power loss.
- Performs a safety self-test on every burner start.
- Offers an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +60°C (-40°F to 140°F).
