Overview
The Fireye YP300 is a plug-in programmer module designed for use with the Fireye BurnerLogix flame safeguard control system. This precision-engineered module provides the essential sequencing and timing logic for industrial and commercial burners. It features a recycle-type operation, allowing the system to automatically attempt a restart after a power or limit-switch interruption, making it ideal for systems where a manual reset is not always required. The module integrates seamlessly into YB110 or ZB110 chassis and is compatible with various flame amplifiers and detectors to monitor a wide range of fuels.
Features
- Keypad Selectable Parameters: Allows for field adjustment of critical timings and operation sequences via a compatible BurnerLogix display.
- Recycle Operation: Designed to automatically retry the burner sequence following a fault or interruption rather than locking out immediately.
- Low Fire Start: Includes an integrated interlock to ensure the burner is at the low fire position before ignition, improving safety and efficiency.
- Early Spark Termination: Reduces wear on ignition electrodes and improves the transition from pilot to main flame.
- Intelligent Diagnostics: Features smart LED indicators and provides detailed lockout information when used with a smart display.
- Communications Ready: Supports Modbus RS485 communication for remote monitoring and integration into building management systems.
