Overview
The Siemens VKF41.80C is a DN80 (3-inch) flanged butterfly valve designed for the proportional control of gas and air flow in combustion plants. Part of the ACVATIX family, this robust valve features a grey cast iron housing and a stainless steel disk and shaft, ensuring durability and reliable performance. It is engineered to fit between PN6, PN10, or PN16 counter-flanges and provides a metallic tight-closing mechanism to minimize leakage in closed circuits.
Features
- Designed for integration into gas trains for modulating control of air or gas flows
- Disk with metallically tight shutoff with a leakage rate of less than 0.7 percent of kvs
- Maintenance-free design with a 90-degree angle of rotation for precise flow adjustment
- Compatible with various Siemens actuators, including the SQM, SQK, SQL, and SAL series
- Capable of accommodating flow in either direction for flexible installation
- Optional manual handle (MH) or linkage kit (LH) for manual flow restriction or external control
