Overview
The Siemens VKF41.40H-MH is a high-temperature flanged butterfly valve equipped with a manual handle, specifically designed for the precise regulation of hot air or flue gas. As part of the VKF41 series, this “H” version is engineered to withstand extreme thermal conditions in combustion and industrial processes where standard valves would fail. It features a swing-through design with a 360 degree angle of rotation and a manual handle kit that allows for locking the valve in any position to serve as a manual flow restrictor.
Features
- High-temperature construction capable of handling gas temperatures up to 550 degrees F
- Manual handle kit (-MH) includes a position indicator and clamping pieces to lock the valve at specific angles
- Swing-through disk design with a 360 degree angle of rotation for flexible flow control
- Rugged cast iron housing with a stainless steel shaft and disk for long-term durability
- Wafer-type design for easy installation between PN6, PN10, or PN16 counter-flanges
- Maintenance-free operation with self-lubricating bearings
