Overview
The Siemens VGH10.19150 is a high-capacity, single-body gas valve designed for use in gas-fired combustion plants and forced draft burners. Built from durable cast iron, this DN125 (5-inch) flanged valve is engineered to work in conjunction with Siemens SKP series electro-hydraulic actuators to provide critical safety shut-off and control functions. It features a normally closed design that opens slowly and closes rapidly when paired with an actuator, ensuring precise fuel management and safety in industrial gas trains.
Features
- Designed for use with gas families I through III and air
- Sturdy cast iron body with PN16 flanged connections according to ISO 7005
- Stem guided on both sides of the valve disc for precise axial stroke and tight shut-off
- Compatible with a variety of Siemens actuators including SKP1, SKP2, SKP5, and SKP7
- Capable of performing safety shut-off, pressure regulation, or air-gas ratio control depending on the attached actuator
- High flow capacity with a maximum operating pressure of 300 mbar
