Overview

The Fireye UV8A is a precision-engineered, 90-degree right-angle ultraviolet (UV) flame scanner designed for industrial and commercial burner management systems. It is used to detect the presence or absence of a flame by sensing ultraviolet radiation emitted during combustion. This compact, non-self-checking scanner is ideal for applications where space is limited or where a right-angle viewing orientation is required to gain a clearer line of sight to the flame zone.
