Overview
The Johnson Controls T-5210-1004 is a precision-engineered pneumatic temperature transmitter designed to measure temperature and convert it to a proportional air pressure signal. This signal is transmitted to a pneumatic receiver, controller, or receiver-indicator to maintain accurate environmental control.
Features
- Provides an exact proportional relationship between the measured temperature and the transmitted signal.
- Features a copper bulb element with a 5-1/2 inch copper capillary for responsive temperature detection.
- Includes appropriate brackets for flexible mounting to ductwork, walls, or directly to the hub of a duct flange or separable well.
- Operates in any position when mounted on a rigid, flat surface.
Specifications
- Operating Temperature Range: 40 to 240 degrees Fahrenheit
- Output Pressure Range: 3 to 15 Psig
- Air Consumption: 45 SCIM
- Supply Requirement: 0.007 inch restricted supply
Applications
- Commercial HVAC air handling units
- Hydronic heating and cooling systems
- Pneumatic building automation and control loops
- Industrial and process temperature monitoring
