CD-WAD-00-2U Johnson Controls Wall Mount CO2 Transmitter

Overview

The CD-WAD-00-2U is a wall-mount room carbon dioxide (CO2) and temperature transmitter manufactured by Johnson Controls. Designed to monitor environmental conditions in commercial and industrial spaces, it provides accurate data to building automation systems. It features a dual-beam non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) sensor for CO2 detection and a precision thermistor for temperature measurement, housed in a low-profile white enclosure with an integrated LCD display for local monitoring.

Features

• Dual-Beam NDIR Technology: Utilizes a highly accurate and reliable sensor to monitor CO2 levels with long-term stability.
• Integrated LCD Display: Features an alpha-numeric 2-line by 8-character display with a backlight for local visualization of CO2 and temperature data.
• User Interface: Includes a keypad for configuration and programming of operating parameters directly on the device.
• Field-Selectable Outputs: Provides two analog outputs that can be configured for either 0 VDC to 5 VDC or 0 VDC to 10 VDC.
• Adjustable Range: The CO2 measurement range defaults at 0 ppm to 2,000 ppm but is field-adjustable up to 10,000 ppm.
• Altitude Correction: Programmable altitude compensation from 0 m to 2,550 m ensures accuracy across different geographic locations.
• Simple Installation: Designed for mounting on standard single-gang electrical boxes or directly to walls with a versatile backplate.
