Overview
The Fireye MEP236 is a plug-in programmer module designed for use with the Fireye Modular MicroM flame safeguard control system. It provides automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring for commercial and industrial burner management. The MEP236 is specifically engineered for intermittent pilot applications and offers an additional 6 seconds of igniter timing with main fuel to ensure precise burner light-off.
Features
- Plug-in design for easy installation and replacement within the MicroM chassis.
- Selectable recycle or non-recycle operation via integrated dipswitches.
- Adjustable timing configurations for purge, Pilot Trial for Ignition (PTFI), and post-purge.
- Enhanced ignition flexibility with +3 to +6 seconds of additional igniter time.
- Smart diagnostic LEDs to indicate operating status and provide fault codes during lockout.
- Microprocessor-based technology for reliable timing functions without dependence on discrete components.
- Backward compatibility with existing Fireye M-Series II controls.
