M9208-GGA-3 Johnson Controls Actuator

Overview

The Johnson Controls F263MAP-V01C is a liquid level float switch designed to maintain a liquid level in indoor or outdoor closed tanks holding water or other nonhazardous liquids. When the liquid level rises above or falls below the required level, the single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch opens or closes an electrical circuit to control the level.

Features

• Viton diaphragm allows use in fluid lines carrying chlorinated or treated water
• Single-pole, double-throw switch provides control where liquid levels rise and fall
• Sturdy enclosure designed for indoor or outdoor applications to inhibit moisture formation
• Solid polycarbonate float provides greater resistance to corrosion

Specifications

• Pipe Connector: 1 in. 11-1/2 NPT threads
• Maximum Liquid Pressure: 150 psig (1,035 kPa)
• Liquid Temperature Range: 32°F to 175°F (or -20°F to 212°F depending on ambient conditions)
• Switch Type: Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT)
• Enclosure: Type 3R (NEMA) / IP43 or Type 4 (NEMA) / IP67

Applications

• Used in indoor or outdoor closed tanks where a liquid level must be maintained
• Monitoring and controlling water or other nonhazardous, non-corrosive liquids
• Systems requiring automatic circuit switching based on rising or falling fluid levels
• Fluid lines carrying treated or chlorinated water requiring Viton compatibility
