Overview
The Fireye EP166 is a high-performance programmer module designed for use with the FLAME-MONITOR Burner Management Control System, specifically compatible with E100 and E110 chassis. This microprocessor-based module provides essential start-up programming, safe-start checks, and continuous flame monitoring supervision for commercial and industrial burners. It is specifically engineered to include a pilot stabilization period, ensuring a stable flame is established before the main fuel valve is energized.
Features
- Provides comprehensive start-up sequencing, including open damper high-purge and proof of low fire position.
- Features six dipswitches on the side of the module for field-customization of operational characteristics.
- Includes a 5-second pilot stabilization period during the main trial for ignition (MTFI) phase.
- Constant monitoring of the running interlock circuit, including limit, air flow, and fuel pressure switches.
- Equipped with an RJ45 connector for interfacing with ED510 or ED500 alpha-numeric display modules.
- Supports Modbus protocol communication for integration into broader building management systems.
- Non-recycle operation ensures a safety lockout occurs if any interlock circuit opens during the cycle.
