Overview
The Fireye E300 is a professional-grade expansion module designed to enhance the diagnostic and interlock supervision capabilities of Fireye Flame-Monitor burner management systems. It interfaces with Flame-Monitor chassis to provide detailed “first-out” annunciation, identifying the specific safety interlock that caused a burner shutdown or lockout. By pinpointing the exact cause of a trip—such as low water, high gas pressure, or airflow failure—the E300 significantly reduces troubleshooting time and maintenance costs in industrial combustion applications.
Features
- First-Out Annunciation: Automatically identifies and displays the specific limit in the operating control or running interlock circuit that caused a shutdown.
- Expanded Monitoring: Supports up to 16 additional interlock switches, including 13 running safety interlocks and 3 recycling interlocks.
- Customizable Messaging: Allows users to select lockout messages from a pre-defined library or create custom messages up to 40 characters long using a PC and specialized software.
- Fuel Selection Circuit: Includes a standard circuit for gas/oil fuel selection with integrated safety monitoring.
- Non-Intrusive Operation: Connects via a ribbon cable and does not interfere with the standard safety functions of the Flame-Monitor system.

Applications
The Fireye E300 is used exclusively with Fireye Flame-Monitor systems, including E100, E110, E201, and E211 series chassis. It is ideally suited for commercial and industrial burner applications, such as boilers and furnaces, where precise monitoring of multiple safety limits (e.g., High/Low Water, High/Low Gas Pressure, Low Oil Pressure, Air Flow) is required to ensure system safety and operational efficiency.
