Overview
The Fireye E120 Flame-Monitor is a microprocessor-based burner management system designed to provide safe and reliable sequencing, ignition, and flame monitoring for automatically ignited oil, gas, and combination fuel burners. It is a 220 VAC version of the E110 Flame Safeguard control and serves as a direct replacement for the legacy 70D21. The system consists of an EB701 chassis, an EC600 dust cover, and a 48-1836 mounting screw. By utilizing interchangeable programmer and flame amplifier modules, the E120 offers a modular design that can be tailored to meet specific industrial or international high-voltage application requirements.
Features
- Modular design with interchangeable programmer, amplifier, and display modules for complete versatility.
- Non-volatile memory allows the control to retain its history and current position even during power interruptions.
- Remote display and reset capability for enhanced operator accessibility.
- Modbus communications via RS485 multi-drop link for integration with building automation systems.
- Constant flame signal read-out provided via display module or 0 to 10 VDC output.
- Run/Check switch allows operators to pause the program sequence in Purge, PTFI, or Auto positions for testing.
- Expanded annunciation of safety lockouts and diagnostic messaging.
