Overview
The Fireye E110 Flame-Monitor is a microprocessor-based burner management control system designed to provide proper burner sequencing, ignition, and flame monitoring for automatically ignited oil, gas, and combination fuel burners. As part of the Flame-Monitor series, the E110 chassis (consisting of the EB700 chassis, dust cover, and mounting screw) manages the burner/blower motor, ignition, and fuel valves in conjunction with limit and operating controls. It is a highly modular system that utilizes interchangeable programmer and flame amplifier modules to offer complete versatility in selecting control functions, timing, and flame scanning means.
Features
- Modular design with interchangeable programmer and flame amplifier modules for tailored control functions
- Non-volatile memory retains system history, lockout information, and current position during power interruptions
- Real-time status and constant flame signal read-out available via an optional ED510 display module
- Integrated Modbus communications via an RS485 multi-drop link for remote data monitoring
- Selectable purge time via dipswitches located on the EP programmer module
- Run/Check switch allows operators to stop the program sequence at Purge, PTFI, or Auto positions for testing
- Directly interchangeable with Fireye D-Series and C-Series controls using the same 18-terminal wiring base
- Tracks and displays main fuel operational hours and complete burner cycles
