Overview
The Fireye 95UVS4-1 is a high-performance, microprocessor-based ultraviolet (UV) flame scanner part of the InSight Series 4 family. This integrated scanner combines flame detection, amplification, and safety relay functions into a single compact unit, eliminating the need for a remote flame amplifier. It is designed for industrial and commercial burner management systems, providing reliable flame discrimination by monitoring the amplitude of modulations (flicker) within a targeted flame.
Features
- Solid-state UV flame detection with advanced signal discrimination technology.
- Integrated internal flame relay with adjustable ON/OFF thresholds.
- Electronic self-checking operation eliminates the need for a mechanical shutter.
- Built-in two-line alphanumeric OLED display and four-button keypad for on-site configuration and monitoring.
- 21 choices of modulation frequency and adjustable sensor gain for precise control.
- Auto Config capability with manual override for simplified setup.
- Dual 4-20 mA analog outputs for signal strength and integration with control systems.
- Compatible with optional Fireye Explorer PC software for remote communication via Modbus.
