Overview
The Fireye 85UVF-1A-1QD Phoenix Series 2 is an advanced, microprocessor-based integrated flame scanner designed for industrial burner management. It utilizes a solid-state ultraviolet (UV) sensor to detect the amplitude of modulations, or “flicker,” within a targeted flame. This integrated unit features an internal flame relay with automatically set ON/OFF thresholds, eliminating the requirement for a remote flame amplifier or switch. It is engineered with full self-diagnostics and electronic self-checking mechanisms to ensure high operational integrity and safety in demanding environments.
