192SU3-2220 Fireye Adaptor

Overview

The Fireye 192SU3-2220 is a specialized modernization adapter designed to facilitate the upgrade of legacy flame safeguard systems. It enables the integration of the digital Fireye 25SU3-2100 amplifier into existing older-style wiring racks, such as the 60-1706 and 60-1499 series, without requiring extensive modifications to the original wiring. Operating on 220 VAC, this adapter provides the necessary internal AC and DC power conversion to support modern 24 VDC controls while maintaining compatibility with a wide range of industrial scanners.

Features

• Direct Retrofit: Engineered to fit legacy 19-inch racks with little to no modification required for existing field wiring.
• Integrated Power Supplies: Converts 220 VAC line voltage into the 24 VDC required to power modern digital safeguard amplifiers.
• Versatile Compatibility: Allows the 25SU3-2100 control to interface with multiple Fireye scanners including 45UV5, 45RM, and 45FS models.
• Secure Mounting: Features a robust design with captive fasteners to ensure mechanical stability in demanding burner environments.
• Protection: Includes an internal Wickman TR5 fuse to safeguard the system against electrical faults.
