116S44 Magnatrol Solenoid Valve (G116S44SC-ACTS)

116S44 Magnatrol Solenoid Valve (G116S44SC-ACTS) 1″npt STEAM N/C 120V 0/90#

Overview

The Magnatrol 116S44 is an obsolete, full-port, Bronze Solenoid Valve (Type S) that has been replaced by the G116S44SC-ACTS model. It is designed for general steam control and operates in a Normally Closed (N/C) manner, opening when the coil is energized and closing when power is removed. It is an internal pilot-operated valve that can operate from zero to its maximum differential pressure, meaning no differential pressure is required for the valve to open. It features a packless construction for dependable service.

Features

• Operation: Normally Closed (N/C), opening upon coil energization (Energize to Open).
• Construction: Cast Bronze body with a Globe Pattern and NPT ends.
• Full Port, straight-through design.
• Continuous duty, encapsulated Class H coil.
• No differential pressure required to open.
