THE HONEYWELL VR8345M4302 COMBINATION Valve. 3/4 X 3/4, REG. Set AT 3.5″ -40 DEGREE IP/DS/HSI.
Overview
The Honeywell VR8345M4302 is a universal electronic ignition combination gas control valve designed for use in 24 VAC gas-fired appliances. It integrates a manual valve, dual automatic operators, a servo pressure regulator, pilot adjustment, pilot plug, and an ignition adapter into a single compact unit. This versatile valve serves as a universal replacement for many intermittent pilot (IP), direct spark ignition (DSI), or hot surface ignition (HSI) gas controls in residential and light commercial heating equipment.

- Compact design with a 4-inch swing radius allows for easy installation and rotation inside tight furnace vestibules.
- Straight-through body pattern with all adjustments and wiring connections easily accessible from the top of the control.
- Clearly marked, keyed terminal block enables quick, error-free attachment of wires and ignition jumpers.
- Built-in internal inlet screen blocks contaminants in the gas line from entering the valve to reduce maintenance needs.
- Factory-set for natural gas and includes a field conversion kit to adapt to liquefied petroleum (LP) gas applications.
