VG72K1ET Johnson Controls Recondition Kit

Overview

The Johnson Controls VG72K1ET is a precision-engineered reconditioning kit designed to restore and extend the service life of 1/2-inch 2-way, Normally Open (Push-Down-to-Close) VG7000 Series control valves. Offering a cost-effective alternative to complete valve replacement, this kit refreshes internal components to eliminate bypass leakage, reduce stem friction, and maintain peak pressure drop integrity. It is suitable for both residential and commercial HVAC systems, helping minimize system downtime and maintenance costs.

Features

• Designed specifically for 1/2-inch 2-way Normally Open (Push-Down-to-Close) globe-style control valves.
• High-grade brass trim construction provides exceptional durability and corrosion resistance in demanding hydronic environments.
• Equal percentage flow characteristics ensure accurate and stable modulation across the operating range.
• Threaded stem design allows for straightforward mechanical reconditioning, reassembly, and compatibility with pneumatic or electric actuators.
• Restores original sealing integrity to improve actuator response time and prevent internal leakage.
