Overview
The Johnson Controls VA-7150-1001 is a compact, non-spring-return synchronous motor-driven electric valve actuator designed to provide incremental (three-wire/floating) control of valves in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) applications. It delivers a minimum force output of 90 lb (400 N) for valves with up to a 3/4-inch stroke. It is engineered for easy field mounting or can be ordered factory-coupled to compatible control valves, ensuring reliable operation and positive valve close-off.
Features
- Magnetic clutch provides constant output force for positive close-off and protects the motor during stall conditions.
- Selectable direct and reverse action simplifies configuration, setup, and installation.
- Durable construction ensures high reliability and a longer overall operational cycle life.
- Compact design delivers 90 lb of force output, covering a wide range of applications with a single actuator model.
- Unique yoke design enables quick and easy field mounting to valves, reducing installation and stroke adjustment time.
