Overview

The Johnson Controls VA-4233-GGA-2 is a direct-mount, spring return electric valve actuator designed to provide accurate proportional positioning of control valves in HVAC applications. Utilizing a stepper motor with stall-detection circuitry, it delivers a minimum force output of 61 lb (271 N). In the event of a power failure, an integrated automatic spring return mechanism safely returns the valve to the full stem-up position. It can be easily field mounted or ordered factory coupled to compatible valves without requiring additional linkages.
