Overview

The Johnson Controls V-4440-1001 is a three-way brass pneumatic water valve assembly designed to accurately regulate the flow of hot or cold water in small room air conditioning three- or four-pipe systems. Equipped with a factory-installed V-3000 exposed pneumatic actuator, it functions as both a switching and control valve to modulate fluid flow proportionally. It serves as a direct drop-in replacement for older V-4440-0001 models and includes a bottom elbow connector to simplify field installation.
