Overview
The Johnson Controls T-5312-1 is a proportional pneumatic receiver-controller designed to directly control dampers, valves, and other terminal devices within a pneumatic transmission system. It receives an input from a remotely located pneumatic transmitter and produces a proportional 3 to 15 psig output pressure signal to maintain precise control.
Features
- Field-selectable Direct Acting (DA) or Reverse Acting (RA) operation via a marked rail
- Equipped with flexure levers to significantly reduce hysteresis and friction
- Output pressure indicated on an integral gauge visible through the enclosure cover
- Set point dial and gauge remain fully visible through the cover for easy monitoring
- Designed for surface mounting configurations
- Adjustable gain by repositioning the sliding leakport
Specifications
- Output Signal Range: 3 to 15 psig (21 to 105 kPa)
- Input Range: 3 to 5 psig
- Control Action: Proportional pneumatic
- Mounting Type: Surface mount
Applications
- Proportional control of dampers, valves, and actuators in pneumatic transmission environments
- Commercial HVAC and building automation systems utilizing pneumatic instrumentation
