Overview
The Siemens SKP75.013U1 is a high-performance electro-hydraulic actuator designed to provide safety shut-off and air/gas ratio control for industrial and commercial burner applications. Functioning as a ratio pressure governor, it eliminates the need for an additional constant gas pressure regulator by controlling the burner manifold gas pressure as a function of the combustion air pressure. This modular, compact unit is engineered to work in combination with Siemens VG series gas valve bodies, offering a streamlined solution that reduces the overall size, weight, and complexity of the gas train.
Features
- Combines safety shut-off, constant pressure regulation, and air/gas ratio control in a single unit
- Maintains a precise air-to-gas mixture ratio even when airflow is disrupted
- Adjustable gas-air ratio from 9:1 down to 0.4:1 with support for ratio bias
- Automatic compensation for variations in combustion air temperature and combustion chamber back pressure
- Slow opening and rapid fail-safe closing (under 0.8 seconds) upon power interruption
- Modular design allows for 360-degree rotation for easy field wiring and installation
- Integrated visible position indicator and power-on indication light
- Quick-connect wiring terminals and four pre-mounted screws for simplified mounting on valve flanges
