The QD1011a is designed to amplify the RS485 signal to extend the maximum communication distance
and/or expand the number of controllers on a network.
The QD1011a is designed to amplify the RS485 signal to extend the maximum communication distance and/or expand the number of controllers on a network. It is recommended that a QD1011a Repeater be installed for each additional 64 controllers or 4000’ of wire stalled on a RS485 network to maintain optimum communications.
