Overview
The Johnson Controls M9335-HGA-2 is a high-performance electric non-spring return actuator engineered to provide precise control of dampers and valves in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. It features automatic signal input detection, allowing it to automatically recognize on/off, floating, and proportional control signals. Designed for direct mounting without requiring damper linkage, it operates at a constant runtime independent of torque and includes electronic stall detection to protect against overloads.
Features
- Automatic Signal Input Detection: Automatically recognizes input signals for on/off, floating, and proportional control.
- Direct-Coupled Design: Configured for direct mounting with a universal clamp, eliminating the need for a damper linkage or crankarm.
- Brushless DC Motor: Microprocessor-controlled motor provides constant runtime independent of torque and reduces wear for a longer lifecycle.
- Electronic Stall Detection: Protects the actuator from overload at all angles of rotation without the need for mechanical end switches.
- Self-Calibrating Input Signal: Automatically adjusts the stroke when an end stop is changed, eliminating complex calibration procedures.
- Halogen-Free Cable: Equipped with a 48-inch halogen-free cable suitable for strict fire safety standards.
