Overview
The Fireye FX04-1 is a precision 24VDC servo motor actuator designed for industrial burner management and combustion control. It functions as a rotary actuator to accurately position fuel valves and air dampers. The servomotor interprets Modbus commands from an external controller, such as the Fireye NXF4000 or PPC4000, and uses a stepper motor to drive to the commanded position. A built-in feedback potentiometer provides continuous positional data to the controller for cross-checking and precise accuracy.
