EP387 Fireye Programmer

Overview

The Fireye EP387 is a microprocessor-based programmer module used with the FLAME-MONITOR Burner Management Control System. It is designed to provide reliable start-up logic, continuous flame supervision, and rigorous safety checks for commercial and industrial burner applications. As the “heart” of the Flame-Monitor system, it features a plug-in design for easy installation into an EB700 base chassis and stores critical data including burner cycles, lockout history, and system hours.

Features

• Selectable purge timing with a 15-second minimum requirement.
• Selectable Trial for Ignition (TFI) settings of 5 and 10 seconds.
• Dipswitch selectable recycle or non-recycle operation.
• Safe-start check and continuous flame monitoring supervision.
• Infinite hold capability on the M-D (motor-drive) circuit.
• Smart diagnostic LEDs for real-time system status and lockout troubleshooting.
• Backward compatibility with ED500 and ED510 display modules.
• Non-volatile memory for storing burner history and lockout time stamps.
