D-3246-5110 Johnson Controls Actuator

Overview

The Johnson Controls D-3244-3 is a heavy-duty pneumatic piston damper actuator designed for precise positioning of dampers and inlet vanes in commercial HVAC and building automation systems. Delivered as a complete, ready-to-install linear assembly, it features integrated swivel mounting hardware that eliminates the need for separate linkage components, reducing field installation time. The unit is equipped with a factory-included D-9502-5 positioner to provide accurate, repeatable, and high-torque control across its full stroke range.

Features

• Complete ready-to-install linkage package includes a swivel mount bracket, clevis, and crankarm.
• Reliable spring-return fail-safe operation ensures the damper returns to a safe position upon loss of control air pressure.
• Integrated D-9502-5 positioner delivers precise and repeatable stroke positioning.
• Constructed with a durable die-cast aluminum body and a synthetic elastomer diaphragm for long-term operational reliability.
• Low air consumption design minimizes demand on the overall pneumatic control system.
