D-3073-604 Johnson Controls Sealed Ball Joint

Overview

The Johnson Controls D-3073-604 is a professional-grade, weather-resistant ball joint kit designed to provide a flexible and reliable mechanical linkage between actuator arms and control rods in HVAC damper and valve control applications. Engineered to withstand exposure to the elements, this critical pneumatic actuator accessory ensures smooth force transfer without binding, making it ideal for outdoor installations and harsh-environment systems where standard hardware might corrode or wear prematurely.

Features

• Weather-resistant construction suitable for outdoor and exposed installations
• Accommodates angular misalignment between the actuator arm and control rod
• Eliminates mechanical play to prevent chatter and ensure accurate blade positioning
• Rugged, durable materials that resist corrosion and environmental degradation
• Ensures smooth, consistent transmission of the actuator stroke
