Overview
The Johnson Controls CSDECM-ADJ0 is an Electronically Commutated Motor (ECM) adjustable current switch designed to monitor and verify motor operation across a wide adjustable current range of 0.25 to 3 Amps. It provides a simple, reliable method to confirm motor run status and can be integrated into building automation systems for fault detection and diagnostics without requiring live calibration.
Features
- Adjustable current sensing range of 0.25–3A to accommodate a variety of ECM motor loads.
- Non-invasive current monitoring that eliminates the need for direct wiring into the load circuit.
- Low turn-on current capabilities that extend utility to sub-fractional HP motors.
- Split-core or solid-core design options that simplify installation without de-wiring existing systems.
- Polarity insensitive solid-state output for easier wiring and installation setup.
Specifications
- Current Range: 0.25 A to 3 A dial setting, 200 A maximum operational current.
- Sensor Output Rating: 1.0 A @ 30 VAC/VDC, solid-state FET (Normally Open).
- Frequency Range: 50/60 Hz.
- Temperature Range: 5°F to 140°F (-15°C to 60°C).
- Humidity Range: 0 to 95% non-condensing.
