The York 027 04299 003 (Belimo NMB24-MFT) is a non-spring return damper actuator designed for proportional modulation in commercial HVAC systems. Utilizing Multi-Function Technology (MFT), this actuator provides a minimum of 90 in-lb of torque to control damper surfaces up to 22 square feet.
