Overview
The Johnson Controls TEC3613-14-000 is a commercial-grade communicating thermostat controller designed for building automation and HVAC control applications. It features field-selectable BACnet MS/TP or N2 network communication for remote monitoring and programming through a building automation system. This model provides on/off or floating control for fan coil units and pressure-dependent VAV equipment. It comes equipped with a full-color touchscreen user interface, an onboard passive infrared occupancy sensor, and an integrated humidity sensor for dehumidification, all housed in a white enclosure with the JCI logo.
