Overview
The Honeywell T775R2027 is a Series 2000 electronic stand-alone temperature controller designed for sophisticated commercial and agricultural HVAC applications. This next-generation remote sensing controller features a reset option, where an outdoor sensor (Sensor B) can automatically adjust the setpoint of a primary sensor (Sensor A) to optimize energy efficiency. Engineered to replace older models like the T775J1043 and T775J1068, it provides a modernization path with its intuitive graphical interface and versatile output configurations, including both relay and analog modulating control.
Features
- Easy-to-use graphical interface with a large backlit LCD display for simplified programming
- Internal 7-day time clock scheduler with two settable time periods per day for night setback
- Two SPDT relay outputs for on/off control and two analog outputs for modulating control
- Support for 0-10 Vdc, 2-10 Vdc, 4-20 mA, or Series 90 modulating signals
- Integrated reset function allowing setpoint adjustment based on a secondary temperature input
- Configurable minimum off time to protect equipment from short-cycling
- PI or PID control logic for pinpoint accuracy on modulating outputs
- Non-volatile memory that retains programmed values for a lifetime and time/date for 24 hours during power loss
