T-4000-3142 Johnson Controls Cover

Overview

The Johnson Controls VG7243PT+822C01 is a 2-way, 1-1/4 inch cast bronze control globe valve assembly integrated with an MP82 Series pneumatic actuator. Designed for precise modulating flow control in commercial HVAC hydronic systems, this normally open assembly features an equal percentage flow characteristic that ensures stable loop control. It comes equipped with a V-9502 pneumatic pilot positioner and a 3 to 7 psig spring range, allowing for highly accurate valve positioning and reliable execution of building automation system commands.

Features

• Normally open (N.O.) fail-safe configuration defaults to the open position upon loss of pneumatic control air.
• Integrated pneumatic pilot positioner provides precise, proportional valve travel to ensure highly responsive control.
• Cast bronze body offers excellent structural durability and corrosion resistance in typical commercial environments.
• Stainless steel trim provides enhanced wear protection and prolonged life against high-velocity fluid flow.
• Equal percentage flow characteristic offers superior modulating control, matching valve output precisely to the demands of hydronic systems.
• In-place valve repacking simplifies maintenance operations and reduces overall system downtime.
