Overview
The Johnson Controls CSDSC-C45050L2 is a self-calibrating current switch device designed to provide reliable verification of electrical equipment operation, such as fans and pumps, in commercial and industrial applications. It features a clamp/split-core design that allows for nonintrusive installation without disconnecting the monitored cable. The sensor utilizes a single-turn dial to select motor full load amps, which eliminates the need for live calibration and reduces setup time while improving safety by bypassing the need for Personal Protective Equipment during calibration.
Features
- Self-calibrating technology using a single-turn dial to preset motor full load amps
- Split-core/clamp design for easy installation on existing wiring systems
- Induced power from the monitored line eliminates the need for an external power supply
- LED indicators for quick local status checking of high, low, and power states
- Polarity insensitive solid-state output simplifies field wiring
