A-4000-6010 Johnson Controls Drain

Overview

The Johnson Controls A-4210-6001 is a professional-grade automatic drain assembly designed for hands-free moisture and condensate removal in pneumatic air systems and HVAC air preparation systems. Serving as a direct field replacement for the legacy A-4210-601 model, it features updated internal components for enhanced reliability and faster cycling. This assembly purges accumulated moisture to prevent liquid carryover into downstream lines, effectively protecting sensitive pneumatic controllers, actuators, and valves from contamination, corrosion, and premature wear.

Features

• Automatic, hands-free operation eliminates the need for manual draining.
• Direct replacement for the legacy A-4210-601 model with modified internal configuration for improved discharge performance.
• Ready-to-install kit includes all necessary components for an immediate field service overhaul.
• Durable polycarbonate bowl guard shields the assembly from physical damage and provides added safety in high-pressure environments.
• High-tolerance O-ring ensures a secure, leak-proof, and airtight seal under pressure.
