A-4000-141 Johnson Controls Filter Station

Overview

The Johnson Controls A-4400-608 is an OEM replacement particle filter element designed specifically for Johnson Controls A-4400 series refrigerated air dryers with a date code after 9923. It serves as a direct drop-in replacement component for the internally mounted automatic condensate drain trap assembly. By effectively removing airborne particulates and contaminants from compressed air streams, this filter protects downstream pneumatic controls, actuators, and sensitive instrumentation from contamination, fouling, and premature wear, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.

Features

• OEM-quality replacement particle filter element directly from Johnson Controls.
• Designed for rapid field replacement within the internally mounted drain trap to reduce maintenance downtime.
• Minimizes pressure drops across the filtration stage to maintain optimal airflow during continuous operations.
• Built with high-quality materials to ensure reliable protection and an extended service life.
• Helps maintain a nominal dew point and prevents system freeze-ups during low-load operations.
