POST-COATED MICROCHANNEL COIL
York 326-51750-001 Post-Coated Microchannel Coil (95×55×14 in, 300 lb)
Overview
The York 326-51750-001 is a high-capacity, post-coated microchannel coil engineered for York chiller and condenser applications. Weighing approximately 300 lbs and with dimensions of 95 × 55 × 14 inches, this OEM coil features advanced microchannel technology to maximize heat transfer, reduced refrigerant charge, and enhanced durability. The post-coating finish delivers superior protection against corrosion and environmental wear, extending system life and reducing maintenance costs.
Key Features & Benefits
-
Microchannel design: provides enhanced heat exchange via multiple flat tubes and increased surface area, improving efficiency in chiller/condensation units.
-
Post-coated corrosion protection: the coil’s surfaces are post-coated to resist corrosion from outdoor exposure, moisture, chemicals, and atmospheric agents.
-
Large, heavy-duty size: sizing at 95 × 55 × 14 in and heavy weight (300 lbs) ensures robust heat dissipation, suitable for large commercial or industrial applications. Apex Controls+1
-
OEM York quality: ensures compatibility, long service life, and parts standard consistency.

Applications
Ideal uses include:
-
Replacement or upgrade of large condenser/condenser coils in HVAC / chiller systems.
-
Situations demanding efficient heat removal with less refrigerant usage.
-
Environments where outdoor exposure or corrosive atmospheres are concerns (due to the post-coated finish).
-
Commercial and industrial facilities (e.g. large rooftops, condenser banks) seeking reliable OEM performance.
Installation & Maintenance Tips
-
Ensure handling equipment (cranes / lifts) is appropriate for 300 lb component and large dimensions.
-
Verify matching connection ports and fit within existing condenser frame or coil bank.
-
Mount securely to avoid vibration; ensure proper sealing at joints to avoid leaks.
-
Regular cleaning of coil surfaces to maintain airflow and heat exchange efficiency; corrosion protection will help but maintenance still needed.
-
Keep drainage paths clear to avoid water buildup on the coil faces.
