Returned Merchandise
Products which are eligible for returns, must be within 30 days of customer receipt in the original condition. Returns must be approved by Apex Controls.
Customer is responsible for shipment return. Apex is not responsible for any damage occurred in return shipment. On stock items, credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection on of the material(s). For non-stock or made-to-order items, credit will be issued upon Apex receiving credit from the Factory. Electronics are not eligible for returns.
Return
-All material ordered in error may be subject to restocking fees. For material that was ordered in error, to be eligible for return, it must be new and unused in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping when returning a part ordered in error.
-For material shipped in error by Apex, it will be credited in full upon receipt and inspection. We will provide free return shipping labels.
-For warranty requests, please contact your sales representative and provide a detailed reason(s) for the failure. The manufacturer will inspect and test the product to confirm any defects. If the product is deemed defective, a replacement will be provided. All inbound and outbound shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
-For products that were purchased and failed under warranty, Apex will appropriately credit those items if approved by the manufacturer. If replacement units are required, Apex will have to charge the current price do to the inflationary global circumstances.
-All products must be installed by a licensed professional to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty
Order Cancelations– In the event of an order cancelation, orders may be subject to a restock fee. The restock fee is dependent on the manufacturers return policy.
Damaged Materials – If a package arrives damaged please contact Apex immediately. Please keep all contents of the package, including packing material, in the original box for inspection by carrier. Do not send back materials unless instructed to do so by a sales representative.
Concealed Damage – Please be sure to inspect all material at time of receipt. Any concealed damaged must be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
Burner Controls: All Sales on Burner Controls are Final. No returns are accepted. No refunds.
Flames Safeguard Products: All Sales on Flame Safeguard Products are Final. No returns are accepted. No refunds. Flame Safeguard Products must be installed by a qualified/licensed contractor and set up with properly calibrated combustion test equipment. Failure to comply with this could result in substantial property damage, severe personal injury or death.
