Installation & Maintenance Tips

• For 2-way operation, install the ¾″ NPT plug supplied in the recirculation port

• Apply pipe sealant on threads; torque to proper spec without twisting actuator

• Wire POC and power terminals carefully; label wires before disconnecting

• Mount actuator so position indicator is visible

• Verify full closure and POC switch operation during commissioning

• If fault or leakage occurs, replace the valve assembly—internals are not serviceable

• Avoid mounting upside down; watertight rating applies only in vertical orientation

• Use flexible conduit to terminal box per installation documentation
